Educational experience for full
designation has been completed.
Golf with wife Linda, jogging and enjoyment of the
performing arts
are away from home pastimes.
Eric A. Harnden, CRA... Eric has been involved in the
appraisal of residential real estate in Algoma since 1976. He has received
his CRA designation in 1981 and has been active in the appraisal field since
that time. Eric is certified through the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Eric's many years of experience are very useful when differing "effective
dates" are necessary and when "as is" and "as improved" values are
necessary.
Interest away from the job include an active part in raising his two sons,
curling and golf.
